Today helped guohwee with an IT request again. At first was rather unsmooth for me as the person doesn't know the password, but later she managed to rmb them. It became smooth again and finally the problem was with their d-link adsl router. Its connection appears to be unstable and we changed to a speedtouch model that they happened to have. All was on track again until i tried connecting their firewall to the new router. They just can't connect and i wasted about 2hrs trying to connect them. Finally, as a last resort, guohwee ask me to connect the router directly to their switch. It works and bla bla bla, returned home at ard 7.

Damn that router, shrugs... Hope everything will be fine or i'll need to return again Z.z)"
